Refund policy

We do not accept refunds unless you received defective or wrong item.

Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the item, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the item received is incorrect or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us directly. We kindly ask that you do not ignore the courier upon delivery. Instead, let us know about your decision in advance, or consider not placing the order if you’re unsure.

Repeated cancellations or failing to respond to the courier may lead to a temporary block from placing future orders.
